ESJ respects your privacy and we will do everything in our power to protect your personal data. We believe it is important that our services are transparent, personal and reliable. When you use ESJ’s services, you entrust us with sensitive personal data about you or your employees because you make use of our services and/or because you have supplied this information to us. We consider it of the utmost importance that we handle this information safely and confidentially.
In order to emphasise this, ESJ has established privacy conditions in order to comply with the provisions of Section 14 of the Personal Data Protection Act (Wet Bescherming Persoonsgegevens), including the reporting obligation for data leaks. These privacy conditions have been laid down in accordance with the standards proposed by our professional organisations. Click here to read our privacy conditions. These will explain, for example:
- What details we collect and why we collect them.
- How we use these details.
- Which security measures ESJ has taken to ensure that your details do not fall into the hands of third parties.
Via My ESJ, you can access your personal details at all times, and correct or remove them if necessary. If you would like to know whether the information that ESJ has is correct, then you may make an enquiry. We will then provide you with an overview of your details as they are known to us within four weeks.
